• Your cozy suite will be avilable for you from 03:00pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive before 03:00pm, we can store your luggage for you. In the meantime you can enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel with a glass of prosecco, take a stroll trough Wagrain, make your first turns in the powder snow, or simply indulge in the warm sunshine on the sun terrace.

• Please plan accordingly that your suite will be available until 11:00pm on the day of departure. If you want to enjoy our Premium SPA, feel free to use the bathrobes and towels provided in your suite. If you would like to spend the rest of the day in our region, we would be happy to store your luggage. Late check-out is subject to availability and an additional fee may apply.

To secure your booking, a deposit of 20% of the arrangement price is required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation within the free cancellation period, the deposit will be returned to your account or credited to your customer account for a later booking.

• We preferred cash, but you can pay also with Mastercard, Visa or ATM.

We have improved our cancellation conditions for you:

• Free Cancellation:

  • For bookings from November 29, 2024, to April 20, 2025: up to 14 days before your arrival date.
  • For bookings from April 30, 2025, to November 3, 2025: up to 3 days before your arrival date.

• In case of No-Show or early departure:

  • 100% of the package price is payable.

• Cancellation Fees:

  • 100% of the accommodation price will be charged as cancellation fees. Exceptions apply in cases of official border closures, travel warnings, or a lockdown in your home country, where no cancellation fees will be incurred.

• Cancellation outside the deadline:

  • The deposit amount will be refunded to you or credited to your customer account upon request. Your deposit can also be credited to your customer account for a future booking.

Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing.

• Your dog is also welcome at our hotel. Herewith we charge 35,00 EUR per day.

• Please let us know, if you need a baby bed or a high chair for your youngest. For the babybed we charge 25,00 EUR per stay.

• We have new e-bikes available for rent at our design hotel for summer. For those who don't have the trained leg muscles of a cyclist, riding comfortably with an e-bike is the perfect option.
• Free rental, limited to 2 hours | Full-day e-bike rental: EUR 45.00.
• Please consult our reception for recommendations on where to explore the surroundings with our 18-gear e-bikes.

• We had a charging station for you E-Car, which you can use as our hotel guests (for this we charge 30 euro loading fee)

• ALMMONTE 96 - For a culinary delight, we recommend our à la carte restaurant Almmonte 96, crowned with 2 forks by Falstaff. Here, we serve a sensory experience like no other, where quality always takes the lead. All of our ingredients are sourced from 100% organic farming, and we make no compromises when it comes to environmentally friendly and humane breeding practices.
• ALMMONTE Eatery - International cuisine & sushi. A delicious journey through the international cuisine in the usual Almmonte quality at our Sensum Suites boutique hotel, which is just 300 meters from the Präclarum Suites Hotel.

• Please note that it takes some time to send our voucher boxes (by post).
• Vouchers in PDF format will not be sent.
• It's that simple: Order a voucher by e-mail or telephone (minimum € 200). Please state your name, billing address, the amount of the voucher and a telephone number.
• The voucher can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. ( Attention: with bank transfer the voucher is only valid after receipt of payment ).

• Please note that the restaurant vouchers including voucher boxes can only be collected in person at our Preclarum reception. ( Vouchers in PDF format will not be sent. )
• Vouchers worth € 50 / € 80 / € 100 are available daily from 08.00 - 22.00 at our reception without advance booking. Individual amounts (min. € 50) can be created on request.  
• The voucher can be paid in cash, by credit card or EC.

From 1 May 2025, the infrastructure charge will increase to: € 3.00 per person/night (for adults aged 15 and over) and includes the following:

- The mobility tax (EUR 0.50 per person) includes a ticket for free use of public transport throughout Salzburg. The ticket is already valid on your arrival and will be sent to your e-mail address as a QR code on request.

- Free shuttle between our hotels/restaurants

- Free e-bike hire/ maintenance 1 x per week
